Ring making £30pp

Our most popular workshop and a great place to start your silversmithing journey. There's plenty of choice for ring styles, you can upgrade to thicker silver on the day too.  Recommended age 11+

Bangle, pendant or Earring making £40pp 

Available to create within the ring making workshop, there's a lovely  selection of bangles, pendants and earrings to choose from, various shapes and textures gives you the perfect unique piece of handmade jewellery.  Recommended age 11+

Cubic zirconia stone setting ring making £50pp. 18+

Rings truly are beautiful that are created in this session. A wide range of stone colours that have a stunning sparkle, along with your ring choice gives a truly unique creation. This session is a stand alone workshop. Age for the session is 18+. 

Kids ring making £20pp                              

Silversmithing for all ages and at a great price for a mid week treat. You can create with your child or sit back and see their creativity shine through.  A perfect treat for besties wanting to have matching rings. Available day afternoon or evening, Monday- Wednesday, term time. ages 5+.

Why not exchange rings you have both created for each other on you big day. There's nothing more unique and romantic than forging rings together, hand stamping initials or dates on the inside of rings will give you each a perfect little hidden message. A little about Ros....

Hi, I’m Ros the owner and creator of By Ros. A Mam to 2 lovely boys. By Ros started out as a hobby creating jewellery. I have always had a creative side but with silversmithing it sparked something inside and I knew I had to follow my heart, my head (aka husband) was also 100% behind By Ros as a business.

I completed courses in silversmithing and jewellery design and the two go perfectly hand in hand.

I wanted to share my passion with everyone and hopefully spark interest in others. This led to regular weekly ring workshops around the northeast.

I opened my own workshop where I have built up the most amazing customer base in and around Consett. Ring workshops grew to bangles, pendants and earrings.

I love helping others create a special piece of jewellery and encouraging creativity.
